TERMS & CONDITIONS of 3D Product Rendering & Animation Studio
Welcome to Coast Team Studio. Thank you for taking the time to review the following Policies, Terms, and Conditions listed below for 3D rendering services.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
50% payment in advance is required for all services. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. It is allowed to split the batch order into several parts. Each subsequent part should be paid 100% after the completion of the previous one. The Client Organization has the right to refuse continuation before making the next payment.
We reserves the right to cancel any agreement on projects if the Client Organization can not provide feedback on preview within 30 days
COMPLETION OF WORK
Where there is any delay from the Client Organization to supply content like logo, printing files, dimensions or any other material to us which leads to a delay in the completion of work, we has the right to extend any previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount. REVISIONS
We offer 1 major revision of preview version. Additional revisions will be charged.
PROJECT DELAYS, CLIENT LIABILITY, AND APPROVALS
Any time frames or estimates that we give are contingent upon your full co-operation and providing sources we need for work. During development, there is a certain amount of feedback required in order to progress to subsequent phases. It is required that a single point of contact be appointed from your side and be made available on a daily basis in order to expedite the feedback process. If The Client fails to provide product info or any other information that will cause a delay of over 5 days in the project, there will be a waiting period of 30 days to reinstate your project into the pipeline. On completion of the work, Client will be notified and have the opportunity to review it in preview quality. Client must notify us in writing of any unsatisfactory points within 7 days of such notification.
PREVIEW AND FINAL QUALITY
The result of our work is images and videos, they are done using the rendering process. Rendering is the process of taking an image from a model using computer programs. In our work, there are two types of renders – preview and final. During the preparation of the project, we show all materials in preview quality. After the preview is approved we will render in the final quality. If we are making a set of pictures, if necessary, we can provide several pictures in final quality before the final render. If we are making an animation, we can provide several frames in final quality before the final render.
DELIVERY
Final renders will be uploaded to the cloud storage (example, OneDrive) and shared with you at the end of the project. The link will be available for at least 30 days after the completion of the work
NON-DISCLOSURE
Coon Team Studio (and any subcontractors we engage) will not at any time divulge any information that is proprietary to the client organization and will protect such information as confidential.
